Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we handle returns according to strict health and safety standards.
Returns We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with the manufacturer's seal intact.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products or products with a broken seal, unless the item is defective or was sent to you in error.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at contact@ghrlin.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Starting a return To begin a return, email contact@ghrlin.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions. Please do not ship any product back to us before receiving authorization; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Non-returnable items Opened supplements, products with a broken seal, and gift cards are not eligible for return, except where an item is defective.
